Lesley Mathieson - Manager Lesley has been employed at the nursery since 2005 during which time she has achieved her NVQ Level 3 and Early Yeas Foundation Degree. Since the beginning of her employment Lesley has expressed a keen interest in acquiring knowledge and attended as many courses as possible to extend her experience and provide her with the knowledge to work to a higher level.

Her enthusiasm, and commitment to all aspects of nursery life have been a breath of fresh air. She has helped implement new ideas, for example a behaviour book for children. Lesley has now been appointed our contact person for behaviour in the nursery; she has a natural flair with children and has found dealing with the bureaucracy easy.

Lesley also works in pre-school as a key person for children and believes a hands on approach to management sets a high standard to follow.

You will find Lesley a keen Manager who has high standards in all that she embarks on.
