Deputy Manager / SENCO / FOUNDATION DEGREE (IN EARLY YEARS)

Andrea Davenport has been promoted within the setting and now works as the Deputy Manager of the nursery. She has gained considerable experience in working with children of all ages, and has a caring and calm disposition.

Andrea has trained as our contact SENCO, behaviour person, and managed toddler Room effectively as the room leader helping to implement the EYFS within the nursery.

Andrea has a natural ability to make children feel relaxed whilst in her company and is highly motivated and dedicated with lots of ideas of how to ensure our nursery remains one of the best. Her ideas for exploring the children’s learning environment are excellent and we have implemented many of her ideas already.

Andrea has been a real asset to the nursery, she is completely committed to the children and only has their best interests at heart, we are privileged to have her employed at Eagley School House Nursery and she has remained committed and interested in continuing to self develop. Andrea achieved her foundation degree in early years in 2009.
