Pre-School Room

The Pre-School Room Pre-school caters for children from 2 and a half to 3 depending on their development and emotional and social ability. Our daily planning follows the EYFS curriculum to ensure that all children meet the requirements to prepare them for their first year in primary school. We aim to ensure that children are encouraged to identify their name and be able to write their own name before school begins.

We offer a parents’ page each month to illustrate to parents the theme for the month. We also give ideas to further opportunities for learning. Daily feedback is available from the staff each and every day and parents can see a display of photographs on the computer at the end of every day. Files can easily be accessed for parents to peruse and check how their child is developing.

The EYP teacher ensures that every childs individual needs are met and the teacher is actively involved in supporting and raising boys achievement.
